There are many people who have breakfast with sausage, bacon or eggs, other people take a coffee and there is someone who loves to eat some delicious little bundt cakes .. Ingredients for 6 little bundt cakes:
- 100 grams pastry flour
- 70 grams softened butter
- 1 egg
- 60 grams sugar
- 110 ml milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Grated rind of a lemon
- 10 black cherries in syrup
- Icing sugar to taste
Method
In a bowl pour the sugar, lemon zest, salt and butter (cut into small pieces). Work the ingredients well with a fork. Add the egg and mix the mixture with an electric mixer. Add the sifted flour. Pour in the milk and then add the yeast. Mix well to create a homogeneous dough and without lumps. After add the black cherries in syrup, mix quickly with a spatula. Pour the dough into the greased silicone molds. Bake in preheated oven at 180° Celsius degrees for 20 minutes. Let’s cool, remove from the mold and sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve.
